4. Can children benefit from sport psychology?

  • Absolutely! I provide specialised services for young athletes as well. I understand the unique needs and challenges faced by young athletes and offer shorter sessions tailored to their age and developmental stage. Parents are welcome to sit in on sessions with their children to ensure their comfort and provide support.

5. How can I schedule a consultation or learn more about your services?

  • To schedule a consultation or learn more about my services, please contact me via the contact page on my website or you can book an initial session here or by using the booking link below. I will be happy to discuss your specific needs and provide you with the necessary information.

6. How many sessions should I book and how often should the session be?

  • Typically clients work with me for 6 to 8 sessions once a week, which gives adequate time to cover a lot of material and apply the strategies we work on to your performance environment.

  • The number of sessions will differ depending on the needs of the client and the strategies we work on.

  • After a series of sessions, clients usually do one of the following: they decide to stop and practice on their own, continue with weekly sessions, or come periodically (fortnightly, once a month, once every few months etc.).

7. Do you only work with athletes?

  • No, I also work with performers, from musicians to actors, from students sitting exams to business executives. Anyone who want to improve their performance, mental wellbeing, and enjoyment can benefit from psychological support.

8. Do you offer sport psychology work experience/placements for students and aspiring sport psychologist’s?

  • I do not provide sport psychology work experience/placements for students or for aspiring sport psychologist’s. However I can host short calls/online video meetings to dicuss the role and answer any questions you may have. To discuss further or to arrange a short call please get in touch.
